1. Interpretation Services in Support of PANAMAX2025. Sound Reduction Booth, Interpreters Control Unit, 2 Mobile Headsets, Stationary Transmitters, Portable Transmitter, Audio Tech, 50 receivers with headsets, 2 interpreters for conferences, 4 interpreters for execution, 2 microphones. 2. Solicitation Questions. All e-mailed questions shall be submitted with the subject line as “W912QM-25-Q-0003-1. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this solicitation after the question receipt date and time above. Quoters are encouraged to carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government early in the solicitation cycle.

3. System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors are required to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and in order to be considered for award of this Purchase Order.
