The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office requires: Services include administrative management ofthe Honduran tax exoneration process for all United States Government purchases made by units at SotoCano Air Base. The tax exoneration process includes several components to include completingpurchase order registration, purchase order liquidations, and purchase reports.
