The NY Army National Guard is requesting Bulk Tray Meal drop offs (Dinners) to Camp Smith Training Site, NY 100 Camp Smith Drive Cortlandt, Manor, NY 10567 for 30MAY-12JUN 2026. Total # of Meals: 1,526 Bulk Tray Dinner; 30MAY-12JUN; 109 Meals x 14 Days = 1,526 Total • Delivery Location: Camp Smith Training Site, NY 100 Camp Smith Drive Cortlandt, Manor, NY 10567 • Required Start Date: 30MAY • Meal Drop off Time: 15 Minutes prior to the start of mealtimes, 1700 (as indicated on the Feeder schedule attached) • Type of Meal: Bulk Tray • Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows:

Times listed above are drop off times. All meals should be provided in bulk trays, unless specified as individually packaged, with serving utensils for the unit to easily distribute to all Soldiers at training sites.

ATTACHED: Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, and SOW Meal Drop off. The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration.

Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW. Please send pricing per meal for individual dinner, as well as the total dollar amounts via email to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil and richard.w.powell44.civ@army.mil No later than 6MAY2026 At 8:00am EST.
