The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Bulk tray BREAKFAST meals and a combination of bulk and packaged DINNER meals for all PAX to be dropped off at 42d Infantry Division Drive (Main Tank Trail) Fort Drum, NY, 13603 from 7 August - 16 August 2025. Delivery Location: 42d Infantry Division Drive (Main Tank Trail) Fort Drum, NY, 13603 Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time. Meal start time; 0630hrs Breakfast and 1700hrs Dinner.

Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows:

Vegetarian 15 packaged meals per scheduled feeding Dietary Restrictions are for 15 separate people and apply to all meals Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times listed. Meals should follow 21 Day Menu.

Quotes are due to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil via email on 21JUL2025 at 8:00 AM EST. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract.

Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV. Requirement is currently unfunded and will be awarded when funding becomes available.
