The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Individually Packaged breakfast and dinner meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) – DFAC 12-48, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, 27 July 2025 through 08 August 2025. Delivery Location: DFAC 12-48, Fort Indiantown Gap, PA 17003 Delivery/ Drop off time: At least 15 mins prior to meal start time. Meal start time; 0700hrs Breakfast and 1700hrs Dinner.

Individually Packaged meals for both breakfasts and dinners.

Additional Notes: Dietary Restrictions as follows:

Non-Pork 5 and Vegetrarian 1 Dietary Restrictions are for 6 separate people and apply to all meals Meals to be delivered NLT 15 min prior to scheduled feeding times listed. Meals should follow 21 Day Menu. The corresponding meals are marked on Feeding Schedule as (B)reakfast, (L)unch, and (D)inner.

Quotes with your ServSafe and Health Department Inspection Certifications are due to johanna.a.goman.civ@army.mil via email on 12JUN2025 at 1:00 PM EST. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract.

Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.

Attachments: RFQ, SOW, Feeding Schedule and NYARNG 21-day menu. **Please sign both the Original SF1449 and Amendment SF1449 and attach with quote. Quotes will not be considered if amendment is not acknowledged

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
