Amendment-02: The location has changed from Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA to Camp Ethan Allen, Vt. 05465. Training Site Cram DFAC BLDG 116. The solicitation closing date and time has extended from 28APR25 at 0800 to 06MAY25 at 0800. Amendment-01: correction to the solicitation closing date on the solicitation document from April 21st to April 28th. The closing date of the solicitation is Monday, April 28th, 2025 at 8:00 am Eastern Time.

Amendment document must be signed and submitted with quote in order for quote to be accepted. The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide Individually Packaged meals to the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) – Cram DFAC, Bldg. 116, Camp Ethan Allen Training Site, Vt. 05465. 30MAY-2JUNE.

Delivery Location: Cram DFAC, Bldg. 116, Camp Ethan Allen Training Site, Vt. 05465. 30MAY-2JUNE Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time. Meal start time; 0700hrs Breakfast and 1800hrs Dinner.

Individually Packaged meals for both breakfasts and dinners.

Quotes are due to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil via email on 06MAY2025 at 8:00 AM EST. This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.
