Fan must remain on for at least 5 minutes (adjustable up to at least 15 minutes) after compressor turns off. Motorized control dampers must open when associated air compressor is activated. Damper must stay open until the exhaust fan turns off. Provide duct access panel for each damper on the bottom of the duct. Provide thermostat for new mini split. Set temperature to 85°F (adjustable).
    10. All new duct and duct connections shall be sealed to Class A and hung from the structure or mechanical room walls (where allowed) per SMACNA HVAC Duct Construction Standards.
