Santa Rosa HVAC & Power Stabilization Upgrade

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

1. 1. The Contractor shall furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, programming, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant HVAC, electrical, controls, and power stabilization system at Santa Rosa Dam. 

      Work includes, but is not limited to:One (1) three-zone ductless mini-split heat pump systemOne (1) single-zone ductless mini-split heat pump system (communications room)One (1) three-phase Voltage Stabilization System (SVS)HVAC control system upgrades, including programmable thermostats and VFD evaluation/modificationElectrical distribution upgrades, surge protection coordination, and system integrationTemporary power and cooling and heating provisionsAll incidental work required for complete and reliable system operationThe Contractor shall deliver a fully integrated system capable of maintaining reliable HVAC performance and stable electrical service under end-of-line utility conditions.
