Administrative Record Support Services, Fort Wingate Depot Activity, McKinley County, NM

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act The primary objective of this contract is to support regulatory compliance for FWDA activities and to provide associated administrative record and program support. Performance objectives include supporting the administrative, data management, website, and environmental remediation program control support services for FWDA remedial activities.

Support of these areas is required to meet FWDA’s long-standing and ongoing installation environmental support requirements.

This contract is comprised of on-site and off-site environmental remediation program support that includes administrative/clerical services, computer hardware/software/network support, computer-aided design (CAD) / Geographic Information System (GIS) support, database management/administration, website maintenance/modification/support, program management assistance, on-site job trailer support, and project support services. The Contractor shall accomplish these activities to support USACE, FWDA, and BRAC government personnel.
