PFAS Remedial Investigation, Fort Wingate Depot Activity, New Mexico

This action was awarded as and 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The Contractor shall execute environmental remedial services necessary to complete RI work plans, field investigations, and reports for soil and groundwater at FWDA, to include groundwater monitoring and remedial testing. The Contractor shall perform records review, prepare planning documents, secure all necessary permits and approvals, and participate in meetings.

The Contractor shall perform well installation and abandonment activities and soil borings, including sampling and characterization, and generate reports. The Contractor shall perform disposal of all waste according to all local, state, and federal requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for additional activities in support of the PWS.
