Cannon Air Force Base Installation Development Plan Environmental Assessment

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Environmental Services to the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) in support of Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB). Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the primary Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Objectives: The primary objectives of this project are:

• Complete an analytic National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document that includes all information necessary to evaluate potential impacts of the proposed actions and associated alternatives, while omitting any superfluous or encyclopedic information. • Prepare the appropriate NEPA Decision Document. • Provide recommendations for mitigation measures to minimize impacts to “less than significant”, as needed.
