This is a sources sought notice for a potential DB, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for use at VA facilities in the State of Arizona. The potential SATOC will be awarded and administered via the Los Angeles District (SPL)/USACE SPL will hold a Business Opportunity Open House (BOOH) in Phoenix, AZ on March 18. This opportunity will be discussed in further detail during the BOOH. Registration details can be found here in SAM at: FY26SPLBOOH.
Please register early as seating is limited Please note, this potential opportunity does NOT relate to the following previously posted SPL solicitations in SAM: -West Branch DB Multiple Award MATOC (W912PL26RA004) -USACE Los Angeles District DB MATOC, 100% Small Business Set-Aside (W912PL25RA006) The office of Small Business Programs, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District Office (SPL) is attempting to identify capable/competent businesses, including small business with the necessary past performance, bonding capabilities and interest in the following IDIQ opportunity at Dept of Veterans Affairs (VA) campuses within the State of AZ.
At this time, SPL anticipates that a large percentage of work will take place on the Tucson VA campus. However, there may be additional work at the following VA locations: (Prescott)(Flagstaff)(Phoenix). Potential task orders under this IDIQ include:
(building renovation)(electrical)(HVAC and Heating)(fencing/access gates)(roofing)(chillers/cooling towers)
Price Range: $50M-$99M Duration: FY27-FY31 PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS JUST A MARKET RESEARCH AND CAPABILITIES ANALYSIS. Please submit the following information to the individual listed below. Responses shall be limited to 6 pages. A. Offeror's name, address, point of contact, Unique Entity ID in SAM and phone number and email address. B. Past performance/experience on projects of similar scope and magnitude, describing no more than (3) projects ($4M minimum in value/each project) within the last (6) years that are complete. C. Dept of Veterans Affairs examples and examples within SPL’s footprint are a plus D. The past performance information needs to include:
-Project Title and Location -General Description to Demonstrate Relevance to the Proposed Project -Scopes Self-Performed vs Subcontracted -Dollar Value of Contract -Percentage Self-Performed vs Subcontracted -Agency or Government Entity for which the Work was Performed with Contact Information if Possible (Reference Name, Phone Number and E-Mail Address). -Examples that relate to:

CPARS customer satisfaction information or related ratings information (PLEASE SUBMIT CPARS or OTHER RATINGS INFO IN ADDITION TO THE 6 PAGES of MARKETING MATERIALS) F. Offeror's type of business and business size (whether small business, SDB/8(a), WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB or other than small business (OTSB). G. Offeror's joint venture information, if applicable, existing and potential (IF YOU ARE RESPONDING AS A JV, YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF ANY SBA APPROVAL LETTERS, MENTORING AGREEMENTS AND JV AGREEMENTS) H. Interested firms should submit a document describing relevant demonstrated experience and qualifications via email to:
