Total Ground Maintenance at DMC, Italy

Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to:

- make changes to the Addendum to 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services", to correct typo errors and insert a sentence. All changes are highlighted in yellow. - replace Attachment 1 "Performance Work Statement" with a revised copy of the Performance Work Statement, Rev#1, dated August 2026. - insert Attachment 11 "Questions and Answers" - add the Addendum to FAR 52.212-4 "Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services".

Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform Total Ground Maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the ground maintenance, as described in detail on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Rev#1 and Solicitation W912PF26QA050.. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.

Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:

Period One: 22 September 2026 – 21 September 2027 Period Two: 22 September 2027 – 21 September 2028 Period Three: 22 September 2028 – 21 September 2029 Period Four: 22 September 2029 – 21 September 2030 Period Five:: 22 September 2030 – 21 September 2031
