Notice to Offerors: Rescission of Amendment 0002 The purpose of this notice is to officially rescind Amendment 0002 for Solicitation W912PB26BA009;project "42A-08764-5J, Repair transformer station 24".

Technical Justification for Rescission:

Amendment 0002 adjusted the transformer station’s door height requirement down to 2.10 meters to align with standard manufacturer product specifications. Upon further final technical review by DPW, the Government has determined that reverting to the original specification of 2.36 meters is necessary. Retaining the larger 2.36m doors significantly facilitates the safe maneuvering, installation, and future maintenance of the electrical equipment, thereby reducing work complexity and ensuring on-site operational efficiency.

Action Required: All offerors must base their proposals on the original door height specification of 2.36 meters.

Amendment 0002 is null and void. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

Bid Opening Information: The bid opening date and time remain unchanged . The public opening of the bids will be held on 16 July 2026, 14:00 hrs. Please also see the instructions in the cover letter.

AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment Notice The purpose of this amendment is to replace Attachment III. Drawing 2 has been revised accordingly. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
