Replace 16 each Foldable Bay Doors, Building 308, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community – Rose Barracks (Project # LK-08630-1J)

1. The project includes the following work: • Dismantle and dispose of existing folding sliding doors. • Deliver and install folding doors, installation takes place in the lintel. • For 6-part folding sliding doors, an escape door with a locking system is provided. • Connect the new doors to the existing ones (metal cladding/concrete lining). • Set up, maintain and dispose of construction fence.

2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.

3. The performance period is 210 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included.

4. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 May 2026 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 23 June 2026. Paper copies will not be available 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany. Contractor must comply with German law and must have authorization to do business in Germany.
