THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO
A. CORRECT ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS - TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS CHANGED FROM TEN (10) WORKING DAYS TO 10 SEPTEMBER 2025 COB.
B. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOLICITATION REMAIN THE SAME.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award contract for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Educator Services to provide services in support of the Army Community Service (ACS), United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Tower Barracks
(Grafenwoehr), Netzaberg, and Hohenfels Military Communities in Germany.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. 

The Period of Performance is expected to start 29 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments.  A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFP PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST:  COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
