Maintenance on Grease and Starch Separators USAG Bavaria, Tower and Rose Barracks

Amendment 0001 is posted. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Answer vendor questions regarding requirement specifications.

2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria issues a solicitation for Maintenance on Grease and Starch Separators within U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria (Grafenwoehr Tower Barracks and Vilseck Rose Barracks). Service requirement will include Cleaning, Loading, Transportation, And Disposal of grease and starch separator residues and inspection of grease and starch separators at USAG Bavaria, Tower Barracks, Rose Barracks.

A firm fixed price (FFP) Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS and all associated documentation are provided with the solicitation and posted to the sam.gov website.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: complete the entire solicitation document, to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications.
