Playgrounds and Climbing structures inspections USAG Bavaria

Amendment P0001 posted. The purpose of this amendment is:

a. Extend Solicitation Due Date until 30 December 2024; 11:00 AM, b. Answer questions from vendors. c. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for Playgrounds and Climbing Structures Inspections within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Germany. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. All dates are subject to change without notice. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS and all associated documentation are provided with this solicitation. The Period of Performance is expected to start 15 January 2024 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
