ACS Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Support Services USAG Ansbach

14 Novmber 2024 / Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the required response date/time from 18 November 2024 10:00 AM to 25 November 2024 10:00 AM CET and replace the initial solicitation with the attached revised solicitation.

2. Replace the initial PWS with the attached revised PWS.

3. Answer vendor questions regarding requirement specifications.

4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award contract for Army Community Services (ACS), Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Administration Support and Community Education and Training Services at USAG Ansbach, Germany. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is U099 (Specialized educational Services).

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. Services will be performed at USAG Ansbach in Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 January 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
