409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, contract for at USAG Bavaria – Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany. This requirement is for a multipurpose excavator. This requirement will utilize lowest price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria – Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany. The Delivery Date is within 60 calendar days after Contract Award. The quote MUST BE EMAILED TO:

A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
