Amendment 1: provide answer to request for information Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, is issuing a solicitation for refuse and recyclables collection services, USAG Hohenfels. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. This requirement includes operation of a Main Sorting Center in USAG Bavaria-Hohenfels, operation of interim storage area for construction debris, storage area for container storage, refuse/recycling support of training units within USAG Bavaria in Hohenfels and Amberg LTA.
The Period of Performance is expected to start on 1 July 2024 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9. Refuse and Recycling Collection Services are required to be in compliance with German waste law and regulations, and to keep a safe environment to avoid health and safety hazards in the USAG Hohenfels footprint. Services are required IAW the PWS for collection of industrial waste and recycling materials, and the operation of recycling centers within USAG Hohenfels.
