PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF REAL PROPERTY EQUIPMENT USAG ANSBACH

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to document the results of the site visit that took place on 16 September. This amendment will incorporate answers to questions from the site visit. Technical exhibit 17 Water Reservoirs is added and PWS (section 7.3 Technical Exhibit) and Technical Exhibit`12 will be updated. Closing date will not be extended.

Revised Documents TE 12 TE17 ELINs PWS Added Site visit RFI Amendment 1: the purpose of the amendment is to answer questions to Request for Information(RFI), set a site visit time, make other changes dictated by RFIs and extend closing date to September 25th. Site visit date 16 September. See additional details in amendment. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Heating, Cooling systems, and real property equipment within USAG Ansbach.

The Government will not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS.
