The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wappapello Lake Project Office, 10992 Hwy T, Wappapello, MO, is seeking contractors to perform tasks associated with the collection of user fees, registration of campers, management of the campsite reservation system, dissemination of information, and controlling access to the campgrounds during the recreation season at Wappapello Lake.

NOTE: • This RFQ is to add potential vendors to a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Park Attendant Services at Wappapello Lake in Missouri. • The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. • Maximum Ceiling for the BPA is $800,000.00. • Maximum Call Order Amount is $20,000.00 per order. • All Call Orders call only be issued by a Warranted Contracting Officer. • The Government has the right to award agreements to multiple vendors if it is in the best interest of the Government.

Services See All Attachments Included for Full Details of the Requirement Basis for Award The Government will award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) resulting from this solicitation on the basis of the lowest/fair and reasonable evaluated price of responsible offers whose service meets the requirements as listed in the Performance Work Statement, and schedule. The government intends to award an agreement(s) without discussions with respective offerors.

The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later the Contracting Officer determines to be necessary. The Government may reject any and all offers if such is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in received offers.

Period of Performance The period of performance shall be from time of award to March 2029. The agreement may be discontinued at any time if it is in the best interest of the Government.
