Due to System Outage, the official Amendment 0001 cannot be processed. But will be posted as soon as possible after systems come back. AMENDMENT 0001 - Attached Contractor Questions and Government Answers, updated Plans and Specifications, and extended offer due date to 10:00am CST, 26 August 2024. Contractor shall generate and fabricate mold patterns based on Government supplied drawings.

The Base Items include (1) one left side mold pattern and (1) one right side mold pattern, and the custom fabricated castings shall be (1) one left side and (1) one right side (CLINs 0001-0005). The molds shall become Government property once they are utilized for this contract. Optional quantities for the custom fabricated castings shall be (2) left side and (2) right side. Option A is one set (CLINs 0006-0010), and Option B is one set (CLINs 0011-0015).

Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, delivery, incidentals, etc. to generate, fabricate and deliver all mentioned molds and castings to Mel Price Locks and Dam located in Alton, IL.
