AMENDMENT 0001 The reason for this amendment is to correct and update Appendix A -Dam East – McNair Hours and Schedule. All other terms & conditions remain the same. Quote due date is NOT extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721211, with a small business size standard of $10,000,000.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Carlyle Lake Project Office, 801 Lake Road, Carlyle, IL, is seeking contractors who shall provide services, to include all personnel, supervision, and any materials, tools, and equipment, necessary to perform the collection of user fees, manage camping reservations using Government provided hardware and software, clean and maintain order of the fee booth, and disseminate information to visitors and rangers.

Park Attendants shall operate government furnished computer, monitor, printer, mouse, keyboard, credit card terminal, and registration software to efficiently and effectively operate the campground. Park Attendants shall assist the public by providing accurate information concerning the Corps of Engineers Recreation Use Fee Program and all other Project policies and programs as required.
