Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Single-Walled UST Closure Support

A sole-source twelve (12) month contract was awarded on November 27th, 2024. The contract is designated to provide support necessary for EPA Region 9 and the State of California to plan for and facilitate compliance with California’s aging and single-walled UST systems.

This task will involve data management, communication with both individual UST system owners and industry associations, communication with local Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs) that conduct UST inspections, assistance with grant and loan applications for tank removal, and preparation of enforcement actions against facilities already out of compliance. The period of performance for this award is twelve (12) months, beginning November 27th, 2024 through November 26th, 2025.
