Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, “Algoma Harbor Breakwater Repairs, Algoma, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin (USACE Acquisition)." PROJECT INFORMATION: The work includes the repair and reconstruction of the south Breakwater structure along with incidental related work. Repairs will restore the structure to the original design function within the existing footprint. Algoma harbor is in Wisconsin on the Western shore of Lake Michigan.
