Description

The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Training Rifles and Pistols. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2).


Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government’s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three CO2 rifle and pistol manufacturers or suppliers. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov.


In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a pre-solicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1.


Award Timeline

The targeted date for contract award is September 18, 2026.
