LAARNG award for 769th & HHC 199th BSB Catered Meals

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 Effective on August 29, 2024. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference has the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.

Submission of a quote acknowledges receipt of the applicable provision, and clauses incorporated into this solicitation. REQUIREMENT: This requirement is solicited as a (small business set-aside). The NAICS code for this acquisition is (722320 Food Service Contractors). This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on needs statement and meal requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts.

The Louisiana Army National Guard (HHC 769th BEB & HHC 199TH BSB) is seeking (Catered Meals for their Inactive Training 04-06 OCT 2024 & 17-20 OCT 2024) In accordance with the attached Needs Statement and Meal requirement.
