BG Dean Mann armory supply cages

The South Dakota National Guard is seeking qualified offerors to provide materials and potential installation for supply caging at the BG Dean Mann Armory in Sioux Falls, SD. This project encompasses the provision of materials for a total of 17 storage cages, comprised of 14 single-swing gate cages and three double-swing gate cages.

Key Requirements: Each storage cage shall include a secure lid. All cage posts must be plated and securely anchored to the concrete floor. Cage construction shall utilize 10-gauge wire mesh with a durable tower gray powder coat finish. Installation services may be included, contingent upon available funds. This procurement will be executed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, resulting in a Firm-Fixed-Price award.

A site visit is scheduled for July 30, 2025, at 1400 (2:00 PM CDT) at the following location:4417 N Bahnson Ave Sioux Falls, SD 57104 Attendance is strongly encouraged for all interested parties to clarify requirements and assess the installation environment. All questions asked and submitted will be addressed in an amendment to the solicitation one week after the site visit.
