Solicitation number W912LR26QA007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Role Player, Moulage, and Weighted Manikin Support Services with Ambulance Support Services. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. All quotes must comply with the instructions provided in FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 included in this solicitation.

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is provided as an attachment to this solicitation to provide Role Player, Moulage, and Weighted Manikin Support Services with Ambulance Services.
