Ammendment 0001 to Solicitation W912LR24Q0058 dated 18 Jul 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to include a correction to the quotation table file (Quotation Table Kitchen Equipment and Installation) and provide responses to recent questions and answers. All responses and updates are incorporated by reference in the original solicitation and subsequent award. There are no further changes to previous terms and conditions of the solicitation other than those specified in this amendment.

There are no changes to the closing date for receipt of offers or date for receipt of questions. As previously stated, all questions shall be submitted via email to the specified points of contact. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED BY PHONE CALL. The soliciting office does not responds questions pertaining to SAM registration, Small Business Certifications, and other questions not directly pertaining to what is specified in this solicitation.

A: The building is remodeled. There is no need to remove and replace equipment. The site is ready to install.

ORIGINAL SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ) competed IAW FAR PART 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR PART 12, Commercial Items.

Quotes failing to meet all the terms and conditions of this solicitation; to include buy terms, line-item descriptions, and attachments, may not be evaluated for award. One (1) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Please see FAR 13.004-Legal effect of quotations. The Puerto Rico National Guard Purchase and Contracting Office intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), to obtain offers to for an offeror to provide kitchen equipment and installation.

The Government intends to select one contractor. See QUOTATION TABLE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION attached for details. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and award made, without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary. Since award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited 100% small business set-aside.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333241 and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ on or before 31 July 2024 at 4:00 pm, Atlantic Standard Time/local time Puerto Rico. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is considered “late”.

Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered. All quoters must list Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a UEI number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in Wide Area Workflow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer.
