MEALS FOR BASIC LEADERS COURSE 004

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This requirement is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.

The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase pre-packaged meals in support of the RTI Basic Leaders Course 004 that will take place at Fort Allen in Juana Diaz, PR. The meals will start on June 19, 2024 and will end on July 11, 2024, the lunches will be delivered are describe on Section C and the menu will follow the attached 21 Day Menu. The award will be a Firm Fixed Priced Award in accordance with the following:

Set Aside: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Product Service Code is 8970, Composite Food Packages. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 722310 with a size standard of $47,000,000. The quantity and time for the delivery of meals shall be as follows:

1. PRE-PACKAGED BREAKFAST, delivery time is 6:00 AM PERIOD OF BREAKFAST: JUNE 20 – JULY 11, 2024, QUANTITY PER DAY: 55 BREAKFASTS 2. PRE-PACKAGED LUNCH, delivery time is 11:30 AM PERIOD OF LUNCH: JUNE 19 – JULY 10, 2024, QUANTITY PER DAY: 55 LUNCHES 3. PRE-PACKAGED DINNER, delivery time is 5:00 PM PERIOD OF DINNER: JUNE 19 – JULY 10, 2024, QUANTITY PER DAY: 55 DINNERS The menu delivered shall be in accordance with (IAW) the attached 21 Day Menu.

Offers must provide a unit price and total price for CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002 and, CLIN 0003 referenced in the Section C – Schedule of Supplies/Services. The award will be a single award to the lowest priced quote that meets all the government's technical requirements established in the Description of the Requirement.
