Field Sanitation Services at Fort Barfoot

The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting for a purchase order contract for field sanitation services occurring at one location on multiple dates in accordance with the attached performance work statement. Questions from Industry Q1: Is the contractor required to clean shower trailers and/or laundry trailers? If so, what service level is required?

A1: The contractor is not required to clean any part of the shower trailer(s) or laundry trailer(s).

Q2: I just wanted to clarify-- for the shower trailers and laundry trailers-- the Government will provide electricity hookups and access to the existing sewer system to drain into, and the contractor is required to provide freshwater fills?

3.5 Utilities: Electricity, water and wastewater disposal (for laundry and showers) will be provided and available for connection. No gas or propane utilities/services shall be provided by the Virginia Army National Guard.

Q3: How many personnel will be using the shower trailers and laundry trailers? This information will be used to determine how often we need to fill the freshwater tanks.
