VAARNG RRBN Non-wearables

The Virginia Army Natioanl Gaurd (VaARNG) Is seeking the purchase and delivery of custom nonwearables to Richmond Virginia. All quotes shall be free on board (FOB) Destination with the cost of freight/delviery included in the total price. Delivery is equired within 60 days after receipt of order.

The Vendor shall ensure the delivery is accomplished between Tuesday through Thursday between 8:00A.M> and 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (est) and that the vehicle making the delivery be equipped with a lift gate to facilated off-loading palletized shipments. An exact delviery address will be provided at the time of award. This is a Combined Synopsis solication in accordance with Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 3.105(b) and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) solciation number W912LQ-24-Q -A010. Multiple award may be made if in the best interest of the government. This assoicated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990 Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing), with business size standard 600 employees.

This Product Service Code (PSC) is 8315. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-a-Side, and only qualifed offerors may submit quotes. This soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throught the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective date May 22, 2024. The Government will not pay for cost associated with preparation of a quote in response to this solication.

Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in their quotes for 60 clanedar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ. To be cosnidered for an award, vendors shll have an active registration in the Sytem for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensurign that the representations and certification in their SAM regirstartion are accurate and current. On behalf of the Government, the Contracting OFficer intends to evaluate the quote and make an award without discussions. The Contracting Officer unilaterally reserves the right to determine if it is necessary to conduct discussions.
