Life Raft Hard 7’s (FLO 3330-AD) 5-year inspection

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 11/18/2024 and respond to a question received. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2024-07.

Objective: Five-year overhaul inspections of thirty (8) Life Raft. Vendor will service 2ea Life Rafts each period (every 3 months) until all life-rafts are inspected and recertified. Vendor will apply fee that should include shipping, parts, and labor.

Schedule:

2ea - January: Complete recertification & return within 4 Weeks of receipt.

2ea - April: Complete recertification & return within 4 Weeks of receipt.

2ea - August: Complete recertification & return within 4 Weeks of receipt.

2ea - December: Complete recertification & return within 4 Weeks of receipt. Reference the attachments for the full Statement of Work, Clauses, and Provisions.
