Bulk Ice

This amendment answers vendor clarifying questions and updates the SOW clarifying the type of ice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2024-05. The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard has a requirement for bulk ice and anticipates issuing a FIRM FIXED PRICE Requirements Contract. The numbers provided are estimates only and are not a guarantee of an order minimum or maximum.

Delivered quantity will be determined per order, up to 40 tons, and will be determined based on projected CRC Supply and Services requirements and size of contractor’s vehicle. The minimum per order is 5 tons with a maximum of 40 tons per order.
