Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Rock Wall Services

The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) intends to solicit and award to only one source under authority of FAR 13.501(a). The MN ARNG has a requirement to contract with Vertical Reality Inc., in order to perform required annual service and safety certification of six (6) Government owned rock walls manufactured by Vertical Reality Inc., and utilized for recruiting events by the MN ARNG Recruiting & Retention Battalion. The ensuing contract will consist of one (1) base period.

This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement contrary to the information in the attached justification may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
