Indiana Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Program Training Event

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0013A as an RFQ.

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).

3) CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Support Services - 1 Job 4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes meeting space, refreshments, childcare and parking for the event. No Lodging or Catered Meals are needed.

4b) The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for children ages 0-5 (15) and ages 6-17 (15). The total number of children in attendance for the YRRP event is 30. 4c) Space must be availabale for set-up on Saturday May 18th, 2024, in order to execute the program on Sunday May 19th, 2024. 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information.

6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. 7) Quotes are due at 4 PM local (eastern) time on 22 April 2024. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
