SUBMISSION OF QUOTE REQUIREMENTS:Offerors are encouraged to visit and familiarize themselves with PIEE website to avoid technical difficulties submitting QUOTES documents before the due date/time. Technical issues are not an excuse for late submission. The prime vendor must be the same as the Proposal Manager in PIEE when submitting a quote.
