Request for Quote - W912L725Q1400 Patient Simulator MannequinThe Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office for United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 is issuing an RFQ for commercial single award contract in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12 FAC number 2025-01, effective date 11/12/2024 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing with a small business size of 550 number of employees. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract.This solicitation is Small Business set aside. Quotes are due in this office no later than Wednesday, 18 December 2024 at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. Vendor must submit quote on time.

When submitting a quote, vendor must include in their quote the following information:- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI),- Tax identification number,- CAGE code number,- completed FAR clause 52.204-24 and- POC information. All charges must be inclusive.
