Amendment 0002 changes daily headcount from 140 Soldiers to 120 Soldiers. See revised Attachment 01 Performance Work Statement, Paragraphs 1.2, 5.1.1, and 5.2.2 for this change.

Amendment 0001 changes hours of breakfast and dinner to 0600-0730 and 1700-1830 respectively, to be delivered to Building 2425. See revised Attachment 01 Performance Work Statement, Paragraph 1.4.1 for these edits. Additionally, following two question and answers are issued:

Question #1: Is the food service contractor required to actually serve the meals?

Answer #1: Food service contractor will monitor Soldier self-service to ensure the contractor set-up, or set-up and refill, is adequate and in conformance with the performance work statement.

Question #2: Is contractor permitted to bring its trailer on site to prepare meals for delivery to Building 2425?

Answer #2: Contractor is permitted to prepare meals on-site with its own equipment and deliver to Building 2425.

Dinners, Hot, Prepared, Delivered, Set-up. Daily for 14 days from Thursday evening 17 July 2025 through and including Wednesday evening 30 Jul 2025 for 140 Soldiers each day. Breakfasts, Hot, Prepared, Delivered, Set-up. Daily for 14 days from Friday morning 18 July 2025 through and including Thursday morning 31 Jul 2025 for 140 Soldiers each day.

Quoters must develop and provide their actual menu for the specified period of performance with their quote package.
