The Delaware Army National Guard has a requirement to procure four (4) Directional 360-degree rotating dollies (Hilman Dolly Brand name or equal) with Pull handles and knock down alignment bars. The machinery movement must have a ten (10)-ton capacity, removable steering handle, padded top plate, with multi attachment points for the securement of load. Dollies must be linkable to offer a 4-corner load out with interlocking alignment bars. The dolly must have multiple wheels/casters to offer an omni-directional and 360 degrees movement of equipment around the shop. Additional specifications are as follows:

dolly must be no more than 5? height, 32? width, and 39? length. The intent for the rollers is to safely maneuver disabled equipment around the shop on a routine basis. Please see attachment 01 Product specification.
