SFSC Yellow Ribbon Event Catered Meals

Provide a buffet style lunch for approx. 750 people. This lunch should incorporate a varied menu to cover various dietary needs such as proteins, starches, etc. A variety of sandwiches, salad bar or pasta bar (for example) would be required. Exact menu to be agreed upon. In addition, non-alcoholic beverages such as water and other various soft drinks are required. Vendor will provide adequate supply of plates, utensils and napkins.

Vendor may utilize the kitchen facilities of the Gillette Cam-plex under a separate agreement with the Cam-plex. Vendor will remove all unused supplies and remaining food after the lunch period is complete. Buffet must be prepared and ready to serve by 11:30 till 1:00 pm on 12 Sept 2025.
