Description The Kentucky Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) and FAR 19.8 to Kinetic Concepts, LLC. for Dental services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Justification and Approval (J&A) is not required for the for sole source contract under 8(a) authority in accordance with DFARS 206.303-1(a) and 219.808-1(a) states that J&As are not required for 8(a) sole source awards less than $100M.
