NKGY - Ground Handling – Tug equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Award will be made based on Lowest Price. The quotes will be reviewed to ensure that it meets the requirements set forth in the specifications. Any quote that does not meet specifications will be considered Non-Responsive and will not be considered for award.

The solicitation number is W912KZ-24-Q-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336413, a small business size standard of 1250 employees.

This requirement is 100% set-aside for [Small Business], and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The Kentucky Army National Guard requires two UH-72 Lakota Military Spec, Ground Handling – Tug equipment. NGKY intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a responsible offeror whose quote meets or exceeds our requirements under the authority of FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any quote that does not meet specifications will not be considered for award. We intend to evaluate offers and award the contract without discussions.
