Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site (EAATS) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Expansion

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC for the installation and integration of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras into an existing Bosh Video Monitoring System. The period of performance is 6 months which includes delivery of materials and equipment, and the installation and integration of the CCTV cameras.

The reason for this noncompetitive contract action is that SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC is National Guard Bureau (NGB) certified on Bosch Systems. National Guard Electronic Security System contractors are required to have completed the Electronic System Security Course at Camp Robinson, AR. The SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC has the warranty responsibility on all added systems, maintenance agreement, software licenses, set up and programming responsibility for the existing CCTV systems throughout Pennsylvania.

These services are provided through a contractual agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Military and Veteran Affairs (DMVA) and SUMMIT FIRE & SECURITY LLC. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This contract action will be awarded following the issuance of written solicitation with an anticipated award date of September 17, 2024.
