ORNG Work for Warriors (W4W)

Work 4 Warriors. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JV26QA017 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Employment Coordination to help soldiers and families of the Oregon National Guard (ORNG) find employment.

The program works in concert with the Service Member and Family support (SMFS) program to round out the scope of service offered to ORNG members. Employment Coordination includes advising on writing CVs / Resumes, interview skills, and connecting resources with clients who need employment. The attached form 1449 outlines the CLINS for pricing quotes. Please fill in all Base plus 2 Option year CLINS with pricing and include in your quote submission for consideration.

The PWS in the attachments describes the requirement and desired outcomes. Any RFIs can be routed to robert.c.bates26.civ@army.mil until COB 19 Aug 2026. RFIs submitted after 19 Aug may not receive a reply. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
