This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Information are due by 21 May, 2024 1100 PST. Request for Quotes are due by 24 May, 2024, 1300 PST. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is full and open. No set aside will be issued.
