Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Student Bundle Quantity of 36 for the National Guard Professional Education Center (NG PEC) Includes eCourse ware, test voucher for CEH Certification and virtual lab access. CEH Certification is provided through the EC-Council and is a training requirement IAW DoD. 8570.01M The subject requirement will be a noncompetitive contract action with the EC-Council IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Competition is limited to the EC-Council because the EC-Council is the sole-source provided of the courseware and the managing organization of the CEH certification. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
